For a non-empty subset \(S\subset\{3, 4, 5, \dots, \infty\}\), the generalized Ważewski dendrite \(D_S\) is the unique (up to homeomorphism) dendrite such that any branch point of \(D_S\) has order in \(S\) and for all \(n\in S\), the set of points of order \(n\) is arcwise-dense (i.e., meets the interior of any non-trivial arc). Denote as \(G_S\) the group of hoemomorphisms of \(D_S\). The group \(G_{\infty}\) is considered in details. For this group the authors ``prove some of its topological properties like the existence of a comeager conjugacy class, the Steinhaus property, automatic continuity, the small index subgroup property and characterization of the topology. This enables us to prove that point stabilizers in \(G_{\infty}\) are amenable and to give a simple and completely explicit description of the universal Furstenberg boundary of \(G_{\infty}\) .''
