The authors prove that, in view some additional conditions, the collection of continuous non-vanishing functions are approximate by the collection of shifts of Dirichlet series with periodic multiplicative coefficients. For the proof, standard technique is applied (see, for example [\textit{J. Steuding}, Value distribution of \(L\)-functions. Lecture Notes in Mathematics 1877. Berlin: Springer (2007; Zbl 1130.11044)]).
