    Es sei \(0< \lambda< 1\), \(\alpha\) sei eine transzendente Zahl, und \(L(\lambda, \alpha,s)\) \((s\in \mathbb{C})\) bezeichne die Lerchsche Zetafunktion. Ferner sei \(D= \{s\in \mathbb{C}: \frac 12< \operatorname {Re}(s)< 1\}\), und \(\operatorname {mes}M\) sei das Lebesguemaß einer Lebesgue-meßbaren Menge \(M\subset \mathbb{R}\). \(K\) sei eine kompakte Teilmenge von \(D\) mit zusammenhängendem Komplement. \(f(s)\) sei eine auf \(K\) stetige Funktion, die im Inneren von \(K\) analytisch ist. Der Autor beweist für alle \(\varepsilon> 0\) \[ \varliminf_{T\to\infty} T^{-1} \operatorname {mes} \{\tau\in [0,T]: \sup_{s\in K}|L(\lambda, \alpha,s+i\tau)- f(s)|< \varepsilon\}>0 \] [vgl. \textit{A.
