The existence of indecomposable rank \(2\) bundles without intermediate cohomology (ACM bundles) on projective threefolds \(X\) is quite rare. It is forbidden when \(X=\mathbb P^3\), by the celebrated Horrocks' splitting criterion. For general hypersurfaces of \(\mathbb P^4\) the classification is almost completed, and it is in fact complete when \(d<5\), i.e. when \(X\) is Fano. In other threefolds, it is known that the possible Chern classes of ACM bundles are limited. The authors examine the case of a Fano threefold \(X\) of index \(1\) and genus \(12\). They determine, up to isomorphisms and twists, a precise classification of all indecomposable rank \(2\) bundles over a general such \(X\). It turns out that all possible Chern classes, fitting to the aforementioned limits, are realized. The proof is mainly achieved by studying subcanonical curves on \(X\), taking the associated bundles and performing a degeneration argument.
