For a given function f: \({\mathbb{R}}^ n\to {\mathbb{R}}\) let \[ C(f)=\{x:\;f\text{ is continuous at } x\},\;C_ d(f)=\{x:\;f\text{ is approximately continuous at } x\}, \] \[ S^+_ d(f)=\{x:\;ap\;\limsup_{t\to x}f(t)\leq f(x)\},\;T^+_ d(f)=\{x:\;ap\;\limsup_{t\to x}f(t)<f(x)\}, \] \[ S^-_ d(f)=\{x:\;ap\;\liminf_{t\to x}f(t)\geq f(x)\},\text{ and } T^-_ d(f)=\{x:\;ap\;\liminf_{t\to x}f(t)>f(x)\}. \] In this paper it is given a complete description of sextuples \[ (C(f),C_ d(f),S^+_ d(f),T^+_ d(f),S^-_ d(f),T^-_ d(f)). \]
