The authors consider a class of methods derived from Voronoi's theory, which can be used to automatically generate triangular meshes for arbitrarily shaped domains (needed for finite element calculations). The main purpose of the paper is to present a variant of these methods which guarantees the exact fitting of the given geometric boundary by the mesh.
