The paper deals with stability and stabilization of linear systems with time-varying delays and uncertainties subject to quadratic restrictions. The standard quadratic Lyapunov-Krasovskij functionals are applied leading to some linear matrix inequalities; the new element is a term containing an integral with a delay dependent kernel in the Lyapunov-Krasovskij functional. A simple example is given.
