The author considers constrained controllability problems for infinite-dimensional semilinear dynamical systems with delays in the state variables. The author formulates and proves sufficient conditions for constrained exact absolute local controllability in a prescribed time interval for semilinear delayed dynamical systems whose nonlinear term is continuously Frechet differentiable. He assumes that the values of admissible controls are in a convex and closed cone with vertex at zero or in a cone with nonempty interior. As an illustrative example, a constrained exact absolute local controllability problem for a semilinear dynamical system with one constant delay in the state variables is solved in detail. Some remarks and comments on existing results for controllability of nonlinear dynamical systems are presented too.
