The authors pursue their investigations of interpolation problems in the space of \(p\)-by-\(q\) matrices with entries in the Hardy space \(H_2\) of the unit disc started in Linear Algebra Appl. 223-224, 31-56 (1995; Zbl 0828.15025). An explicit description of all of the solutions, in particular of the minimal norm solution, of the two-sided Lagrange-Sylvester interpolation problem is given, when some symmetry constraints are added.
