Let \(X\) be a Hausdorff complete uniform space; and \(T:X\to 2^X\) be a multivalued map. Assume that \(T^{[p]}\) is closed for some \(p\in N\) and there exists a \({\mathcal V}\)-family \({\mathcal V}=\{V_\alpha:2^X\to [0,\infty]; \alpha\in A\}\) such that \((X,T)\) is a \({\mathcal V}\)-quasi-asymptotic contraction on \(X\). Then, i) \(T\) has a unique endpoint \(w\in X\); ii) each sequence \((w^m)\) where \(w^m\in T^{[m]}(w^0)\) for \(m\in N\) and \(w^0\in X\) converges to \(w\). Some particular aspects concerning the introduced concepts are discussed so as to illustrate their usefulness.
