An abelian group \((R,+)\) is called an \(L\)-group, if it is endowed with a compatible ordering \(\leq\), and is a lattice with respect to it. An \(L\)-group \(R\) is said to be Dedekind complete, if every nonempty subset of \(R\), bounded from above, has a supremum in \(R\). It is said to be super Dedekind complete if it satisfies the additional condition that for any nonempty set \(A\subset R\), bounded from above, those exists a countable subset \(A^*\subset A\), such that \(\sup A=\sup A^*\). Let \(\Phi\) denote the set of all mappings \(\varphi:\mathbb{N}\to\mathbb{N}\). \(R\) is said to be weakly \(\sigma\)-distributive if \(\bigwedge_{\varphi\in\Phi} (\bigvee^{\infty}_{i=1}a_{i,\varphi(i)})=0\) for every \((D)\)-sequence \((a_{i,j})_{i,j}\) (a bounded double sequence \((a_{i,j})_{i,j}\) in \(R\), such that \(a_{i,j}\downarrow 0\) for each \(i\in\mathbb{N}\) is called a \((D)\)-sequence.) Investigation is done in the present paper regarding decomposition of the type of Sobczyk-Hammer [\textit{A. Sobczyk} and \textit{P. C. Hammer}, Duke Math. J. 11, 839--846 (1944; Zbl 0063.07111)] for measures with values in \(L\)-groups which are super Dedekind complete and weakly \(\sigma\)-distributive.
