The formulation of finite quantum mechanics goes back to H. Weyl. Here it is applied to a discrete lattice space considered as an abelian group. Mackey's theory of quantum kinematics on homogeneous spaces is used. A Galilean dynamics on such a discrete homogeneous space is introduced.
