\textit{J. L. Loday} [``Cyclic homology'', (Springer, 1992; Zbl 0780.18009)] defined the Leibniz homology \(HL_ * ({\mathfrak g},M)\) of a Lie algebra \(\mathfrak g\) (over a field \(k\)) with coefficients in a right \(\mathfrak g\)- module \(M\). Next, the functor \(HL_ *\) was defined on a bigger category of Leibniz algebras and their corepresentations [\textit{J. L. Loday} and \textit{T. Pirashvili}, Math. Ann. 296, 139-158 (1993; Zbl 0821.17022)], i.e. the algebras \(({\mathfrak g},[\cdot, \cdot])\) satisfying the Leibniz identity \([x, [y,z]] = [[x, y], z] - [[x,z], y]\); the skew-symmetry condition is not required. In this paper the author constructs a few spectral sequences to give some relations between: (1) Leibniz and ordinary homologies of Lie algebras, for example: if \(H_ * ({\mathfrak g},M) = 0\), then \(HL_ *({\mathfrak g},M) = 0\), (2) Leibniz homology of a given Leibniz algebra \(\mathfrak h\) and its Liezation \({\mathfrak h}_{\text{Lie}} = {\mathfrak h}/([x,x] = 0)\), for example, the sequence \[ 0 \leftarrow ({\mathfrak h}^{\text{ann}})_{{\mathfrak h}_{\text{Lie}}} \leftarrow HL_ 2 ({\mathfrak h}_{\text{Lie}}, k) \leftarrow HL_ 2 ({\mathfrak h}, k) \] is exact. As a consequence, the author obtains the equality \(HL_ * ({\mathfrak h},k) = HL_ * ({\mathfrak h}_{\text{Lie}}, k)\) in the case when \({\mathfrak h}_{\text{Lie}}\) is a semisimple Lie algebra over the field \(k\) of characteristic zero or \({\mathfrak h}_{\text{Lie}}\) is a nilpotent Lie algebra with \(ch({\mathfrak h}) = 0\).
