    Let \(T\), \(K\), and \(E\) be topological spaces, whereas \(Y_j\), \(j=1,2,3,4\), are topological vector spaces. Set-valued maps \(F_j\), \(G_j\), and \(C_j\) are defined on \(T\times E\times K \times K\) with non-empty values in \(2^{Y_j}\), \(j=1,2,3,4\). Additionally, the values of \(C_j\) are convex cones with non-empty interiors. The authors consider a parameterized family of generalized vector quasiequilibrium problems, \(\mathcal{P}(t)\), \(t\in T\). More specifically, for a given \(t\in T\), one seeks the set \(S(t)\) of all \((z_0,x_0)\in E\times K\) such that four relationships are satisfied: \[ F_1(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) \nsubseteq G_1(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) +\text{int}\,C_1(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) \] \[ F_2(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) \subset G_2(t, z_0, x_0,\eta)+C_2(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) \] \[ F_3(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) \cap G_3(t, z_0, x_0,\eta)+C_3(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) \neq\emptyset \] \[ F_4(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) \cap G_4(t, z_0, x_0,\eta)+\text{int}\,C_4(t, z_0, x_0,\eta) =\emptyset \] Here \((z_0,x_0)\) and \(\eta\) satisfy constraints: \((z_0,x_0)\in B(t,z_0,x_0)\times A^\prime(t,z_0,x_0)\) and \(\eta\in A(t,z_0,x_0)\). These relationships can be viewed a set-valued generalization of equilibrium conditions in a constrained optimization problem. The principal result is Theorem~3.1 asserting upper semicontinuity and compactness of \(S(t)\) at a given \(t=t_0\). Theorem~4.1 formulates conditions for the existence of a solution to a problem \(\mathcal{P}(t)\) or, equivalently, sufficient conditions guaranteeing that the solution set \(S(t)\) is not empty.
