Let \(k\) be a field of characteristic zero, \(R=k[x_1,\ldots,x_r]\) be a polynomial ring and \(A=R/I\) be an Artinian standard graded \(k\)-algebra. The algebra \(A\) may enjoy three important properties: Strong Lefschetz Property (SLP), Maximal Rank Property (MRP), Weak Lefschetz Property (WLP). SLP says that the product map \(\times L^d:A_i\to A_{i+d},\) where \(L\) is a general linear form, has maximal rank for all \(i\geq 0\) and \(d\geq 1;\) MRP says that the product map \(\times F:A_i\to A_{i+d},\) where \(F\) is a general form of degree \(d\), has maximal rank for all \(i\geq 0\) and \(d\geq 1;\) WLP says that the product map \(\times L:A_i\to A_{i+1},\) where \(L\) is a general linear form, has maximal rank for all \(i\geq 0.\) Of course SLP implies MRP and MRP implies WLP, but the converse is not true. In this paper the authors characterize the sets of the Hilbert functions forcing all algebras to enjoy SLP and MRP. It follows that the two sets coincide. In another paper [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 210, No. 2, 465--471 (2007; Zbl 1118.13018)], \textit{J. Migliore} and the first author characterized the set of the Hilbert functions forcing all algebras to enjoy WLP; it is interesting to note that this set is strictly larger than the previous one.
