The paper studies (derivative-) feedback stabilization of neutral delay equations where the part of the spectrum corresponding to the difference operator is unstable. A result on feedback stabilization is extended to systems with input delays and noncommensurable delays. The approach is via representing these equations as ''singular'' or semi-state systems over a polynomial ring of delay operators.
