Let \(p\) be a prime number, and let \(F_n(p)\) denote the free pro-\(p\) group of rank \(n\). Assume that a pro-\(p\) group \(G\) contains a free pro-\(p\) subgroup of finite index. If \(G\) is torsion-free, then by a famous theorem by J.-P. Serre, \(G\) is also a free pro-\(p\) group. The authors study the case \(n=2\), and \(G\) has torsion. The full list of such centreless groups is given. These groups are characterized as the fundamental groups of connected graphs of cyclic groups of order at most \(p\). A complete list of automorphisms of finite order, up to conjugacy in \(\Aut(F_2(p))\), is given, too.
