Let \(E\) and \(F\) be Banach lattices and \({\mathcal L}(E,F)\) be the space of all linear continuous operators acting from \(E\) to \(F\). Let \({\mathcal L}^r(E,F)\) denote the space of all regular operators. The conditions under which \[ {\mathcal L}(E, F)= {\mathcal L}^r(E,F) \] holds are found.
