In [Ukr. Mat. Zh. 57, No. 5, 689--696 (2005); translation in Ukr. Math. J. 57, No. 5, 817--825 (2005; Zbl 1113.35056)] and [Ukr. Mat. Zh. 58, No. 3, 352--370 (2006); translation in Ukr. Math. J. 58, No. 3, 398-417 (2006; Zbl 1104.46021)], the authors introduced a class of isotropic Hörmander spaces obtained by arbitrary interpolation of pairs of Sobolev inner-product spaces, not necessarily associated with power-type functional parameters of interpolation, which form a refined Sobolev scale. In [Zbl 1113.35056] and [Oper. Theory, Adv. Appl. 191, 455--478 (2009; Zbl 1185.35063)], they gave a complete generalization of the classical Sobolev theory to the case of this refined Sobolev scale. The question of describing the class of all (up to norm-equivalence) Hilbert function spaces that can be obtained by interpolation of spaces from the Sobolev scale remained open, however. The present paper provides a constructive answer to this question.
