    Consider the boundary value problem \[ y''+ (\lambda- q(x)) y= 0,\quad y(0)= y(l)= 0.\tag{\(*\)} \] A solution of \((*)\) is understood in the sense \((\lambda, y)\in \mathbb{C}\times W^2_1\). The authors study the dependence of the eigenvalues on a change of \(q\) in the subset \(Q:= \{q\in L_p(0,l):\| q\|_p\leq t\}\) with \(p\in [1,+\infty]\).
