Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with continuously distributed delays are studied. Sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness, global asymptotic stability, global exponential convergence and global exponential stability of the equilibria are derived. The authors construct for this purpose suitable Lyapunov functionals and employ inequality technique. Some examples are presented as well.
