The author considers the following scalar functional differential equation \[ x'(t)=a(t)x(t)(1-L(t,x_t)),\tag{1} \] where \(L(t,\cdot)\) is a continuous linear functional on the space of continuous functions. Under certain technical conditions, he proves the global attractivity of a positive solution of equation (1). Moreover, assuming that (1) is almost periodic, the existence and uniqueness of an almost periodic solution of (1) is proved which is a global attractor.
