The paper deals with a robust frequency design of linear closed-loop stationary aeroelastic systems with the help of doubly coprime fractional representation, linear affine manifolds, and the matrix Corona problem as well as with or without the help of the separation principle. The kernel representation by Fourier series segments is used to provide the possibility of the analytical transition to Laplace transformation. The numerical algorithm is presented using the finite Lagrange-Sylvester interpolation formulae. A numerical example is given. The paper has a cognizable character.
