The paper studies the dynamic model of the plane angular motion of a satellite. Its parameters are identified from angle and angular velocity measurements. Identification consists in solving a system of nonlinear algebraic equations. Methods of solving such problems based on the solution to an equivalent mathematical problem are analyzed. An algorithm for identifying parameters from the solution to the equivalent problem, the spectral problem of a system of linear matrix bundles, is designed.
