This paper concerns lattice polygons, i.e. simple polygons in \(\mathbb R^2\) whose vertices have integer coordinates. Using ideas and methods from [\textit{S. Rabinowitz}, Ars Comb. 28, 83--96 (1989; Zbl 0704.52006)], the authors classify all convex lattice polygons with two interior points with integer coordinates. The classification is fulfilled up to integral unimodular affine transformations in the sense of S. Rabinowitz and includes 5 kinds of triangles, 19 kinds of quadrilaterals, 16 kinds of pentagons and 5 kinds of hexagons. The obtained results continue earlier classifications by S. Rabinowitz for convex lattice polygons in \(\mathbb R^2\) with at most one interior point with integer coordinates.
