A mathematical model describing a fuzzy ordering of fuzzy sets is suggested. In this model an induced fuzzy ordering is defined as the inverse image of the natural linear ordering on real numbes under natural fuzzy correspondence between fuzzy sets and real numbers. The transitivity property of the strict fuzzy ordering associated with the induced fuzzy ordering is established.
