We show the Theorem. Suppose \(\Omega\) is a smooth bounded pseudoconvex Reinhardt domain in \({\mathbb{C}}^ n(n>1)\). If the Levi determinant of \(\Omega\) has finite order of vanishing at every boundary point, then every proper holomorphic self-map of \(\Omega\) is an automorphism. This is a generalization of Alexander's Theorem that states that any proper holomorphic self-map of the unit ball is biholomorphic.
