Coeffective cohomology on almost cosymplectic manifolds (Q1901184): Difference between revisions

The authors define a differential subcomplex of de Rham's complex on a cosymplectic manifold and obtain some local and global results on the cohomology of this subcomplex. They also relate this coeffective cohomology with the de Rham cohomology on cosymplectic almost contact metric manifolds (Theorem 4). In the last section, two almost cosymplectic manifolds which do not admit cosymplectic structures are constructed and it is shown that Theorem 4 from the case of a compact cosymplectic almost contact metric manifold does not work in these constructed examples.
