The authors study the relationship between the transforms \[ {\mathfrak P}[f(x);y]=\int_ 0^ \infty{xf(x)\over x^ 2+y^ 2}dx, \] called potential transform, and the transform \[ {\mathfrak L}_ 2[f(x);y]=\int_ 0^ \infty x e^{-x^ 2y^ 2}f(x)dx \] called \({\mathfrak L}_ 2\)- transform. A typical result is \({{\mathfrak L}_ 2[{\mathfrak L}_ 2[f(x);z];y]}={{1\over 2}{\mathfrak P}[f(x);y]}\). Several integrals are evaluated by using this relationship and others investigated in the paper.
