The author considers Cauchy problem for three-dimensional heat-conducting Navier-Stokes equations when the Mach number goes to zero. Ideal gas state equations are imposed. Given initial data, it is proved that there is a small time interval of solvability. By verifying estimates independent of the Mach number, convergence of the solutions to a solution of the limit system is proved as the Mach number goes to zero.
