Since the classical geometric structure of a model of spacetime is inadequate for picturing the actual quantum spacetime model in this paper a model with finistic character is suggested based on algebraic models of pragmatic observations and on noncommutative differential geometry. An quantum interpretation of the incidence algebras is obtained.
