The paper introduces new integral quadratic constraints (IQC) for describing a single block of a dynamic, linear time-invariant uncertainty that simultaneously satisfies a norm bound and a passivity constraint. The main purpose of the paper is to establish a sufficient condition for robust stability with a single block of uncertainty described by the IQC and to develop a computationally feasible upper bound on the quantitative indicator \(\mu\) when considering related structured uncertainty and mixed-\(\mu\) problems.
