This paper is a sequel to an earlier one with \textit{R. Penney} [Mich. Math. J. 36, No.2, 309-320 (1989; Zbl 0692.22003)]. Let G be a connected, simply connected, completely solvable Lie group G with Lie algebra \({\mathfrak g}\). The object is to obtain an explicit Plancherel formula generalizing the results of L. Pukansky for nilpotent Lie groups. The first paper analyzed the structure of the space \({\mathfrak g}^*/G\) of coadjoint orbits and constructed a smooth cross-section \(\Sigma\). In the paper under review, the author computes the Plancherel measure of \({\mathfrak g}^*/G\) realized as a measure on \(\Sigma\). Analogous results of \textit{M. Duflo} and \textit{M. Rais} [Ann. Sci. Ec. Norm. Supér., IV. Sér. 9, 107-144 (1976; Zbl 0324.43011)] for the general solvable Type I case are made more explicit here in the completely solvable case.
