Let \(L^2(K)\) be a Lie plane over a field \(K\). It is well known that \(L^2(K)\) is always embedded in the four dimensional projective space \(P^4(K)\) over \(K\). A first result of this paper is Lemma 1 where the author classifies hyperplanes of \(P^4(K)\) on: (1) the \(s\)-plane on which no two circles touch each other. (2) the \(t\)-plane which contains all circles and only those circles touching a certain one called generator. (3) the \(m\)-plane which contains circles forming a matrix such that any two circles of the same row or column touch each other. The main results of the paper are connected with the transitivity problem of \(L^2(K)\). In Lemma 3 the author proves that \(L^2(K)\) is always a \(t\)-plane and a transitive \(m\)-plane. In Theorem 2 the author shows that \(L^2(K)\) is an \(s\)-plane plus lying-in connectable triple transitive iff the condition (SQ) holds. (SQ): Let \(x,y\) be in \(K\) such that \(1-x^2\) and \(1-y^2\) are non-square, then \((1-x^2) (1-y^2)\) is a square.
