[For part I see ibid. 21, No.1, 71-85 (1991; Zbl 0727.65023).] The attention is devoted to the reverse Hestenes-Stiefel method. Its formulation is given in a matrix form which was introduced in part I. It is shown that this scheme also yields the avoidance of division by zero. An example which illustrates this scheme is given.
