The paper begins with a careful description of the experimental equipment and then puts in evidence the Markovian nature of the considered data set. The plasma discharge current fluctuations are analyzed using the Langevin equation combined with the Kramers-Moyal expansion. The authors conclude with the non-Gaussianity and the multifractality of plasma fluctuations.
