In the paper under review, it is proved that an unbounded linear operator on a complex separable Hilbert space satisfying some additional condition is unitarily equivalent to an integral operator on \(L_{2}({\mathbb R})\) with a bounded and infinitely smooth Carleman kernel. The unitary equivalence is established by an explicitly definable unitary operator.
