The authors introduce lower radial and second-order radial tangent cones along the lines of \textit{R. Kasimbeyli} [Optimization 58, No. 5, 521--534 (2009; Zbl 1175.90316)]. These cones are applied to deriving second-order optimality conditions for a Henig efficient solution of a set-valued optimization problem.
