    The authors consider an iterative process to obtain analytical two-sided estimates used for an approximate solution of the Cauchy problem for the differential equation \[ \partial^ ru/\partial x^ s\partial y^ k=f(x,y,\lambda_ 1,...,\lambda_ m,u,\partial u/\partial x,\partial u/\partial y,...) \] with a definite initial condition. Conditions for the operators used are formulated under which the convergence of the proposed two-sided method is improved. The article is a continuation of the works by the first author and \textit{I. V. Brich} [ibid. 33, 675-678 (1981; Zbl 0497.34053)] and the authors [ibid. 34, 502-506 (1982; Zbl 0523.35025)].
