The authors describe the new software package DASPK 3.0 for the sensitivity analysis of large-scale differential algebraic equations. They outline the underlying algorithms for the sensitivity analysis and for the choice of consistent initial data. After a brief discussion of some implementation issues, in particular of parallel implementation, they present the results of some numerical experiments on differential algebraic equations arising from the discretisation of partial differential equations.
