The paper deals with the Radon sphere transform of the form \[ P_{\mu ,r}f(y)=\int_{S(y,r)}\mu (x,y)f(x)dx, \] where \(\mu (x,y)\) is a function on \({\mathbf Z}=\{(x,y)\in {\mathbb R}^{n}\times {\mathbb R}^{n}:\;d(x,y)=r\}\) and \(f\) is a continuous function on \({\mathbb R}^{n}\) or a distribution with a compact support on \({\mathbb R}^{n}\). Support theorems and injectivity are proved for the transform \(P_{\mu ,r}f\) on spheres \(S(y,r)\) with restricted sets of centers \(y\in {\mathbb R}^{n}\) and two fixed radii \(r\). Analogous results are established for such a transform when \({\mathbb R}^{n}\) is replaced by \({\mathbf S}^{n}\) and \({\mathbf R}{\mathbf P}^{n}\). It is indicated that two radius theorems are also true for any real manifold, see \textit{Y. Zhou} and \textit{E. T. Quinto} [Contemp. Math. 251, 501-508 (2000; Zbl 0962.44002)].
