The authors classify, up to a number-theoretic (cyclotomic) conjecture, verified for all prime powers \(<200\), all odd order 3-dimensional flag-transitive planes whose translation complements contain a linear cyclic group acting regularly on the line at infinity. This is achieved via Baer subgeometry partitions, using linearized polynomials.
