The main objective of the author is to prove analogues of results of the reviewer [J. Number Theory 4, 236-247, 404 (1972; Zbl 0236.12005)], \textit{C.-G. Schmidt} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 315, 60-72 (1980; Zbl 0421.12011)] and \textit{S. Galovich} and \textit{M. Rosen} [Math. Ann. 256, 549-560 (1981; Zbl 0472.12013)], for universal ordinary punctured distributions on \((1/M)\mathbb F_q[T]/\mathbb F_q[T]\), where \(M\) is a monic polynomial in \(\mathbb F_q[T].\)
