A locally conformal symplectic manifold is a triple \((M,\Omega, \omega)\) where \(M\) is a manifold, \(\Omega\) is a nondegenerate 2-form on \(M\) and \(\omega\) is a closed 1-form on \(M\) satisfying \(d\Omega+\omega \wedge\Omega=0\). Of course when \(\omega=0\) then \((M,\Omega)\) is a symplectic manifold. This paper discusses a generalisation of the procedure of symplectic reduction to locally conformal symplectic manifolds.
