The authors consider auto-hodograph transformations for a hierarchy of linearizable nonlinear evolution equations, generated by a recursion operator. The main result of the paper is to construct nonlocal auto-hodograph transformations, i.e., nonlocal transformation of contact type, which keep the evolution equations in the hierarchy invariant. The resulting auto-hodograph transformations are used to generate exact solutions to the first evolution equation as an example, starting from a simple constant solution. Their inverse transformations are also explicitly presented. The paper is well organized and clearly written.
