Complex dynamics in a discrete-time predator-prey system without Allee effect (Q350758): Difference between revisions

In this paper, a discrete-time predator-prey system is studied. The authors prove conditions for the existence of flip bifurcations and Hopf bifurcations by means of the central manifold theorem. Period-one orbits, period-three orbits and chaos in the sense of Marotto are found. Numerical simulations as bifurcation diagrams, phase portraits, maximum Lyapunov exponents and fractal dimension are provided in order to verify the obtained theoretical results.
