Let \(\mathrm{Int}(Z)\) be the ring of integer-valued polynomials with rational coefficients and for a prime power \(p^n\) denote by \(I_{p^n}\) the ideal \(p^n\mathrm{Int}(Z)\cap Z[X]\), consisting of polynomials over \(Z\) whose maximal fixed divisor is divisible by \(p^n\). The author gives a description of \(I_{p^n}\) which implies that in the case \(n\leq p\) one has \[ I_{p^n}=\left(p,\prod_{i=0}^{p-1}(X-i)\right)^n. \]
