Let \(u(x,t)\) be the solution of the heat equation \[ \frac{\partial}{\partial t}u(x,t)=\Delta_{b}u(x,t). \] In this work the authors prove the following theorem: Let \(M\) be a closed pseudo-Hermitian \((2n+1)\)-manifold with nonnegative bisectional curvature and nonnegative bi-torsional tensor. Let \(u\) be the positive solution of the CR heat equation. If it satisfies the equation \(P_{\alpha\overline{\beta}}u=0\), where \(P_{\alpha\overline{\beta}}\) is the purely holomorphic Hessian operator, then \[ (u_{\alpha\overline{\beta}}+u_{\overline{\beta}\alpha})+\frac{1}{2}\big[(u_{\alpha}V_{\overline{\beta}}+u_{\overline{\beta}}V_{\alpha})+uV_{\alpha}V_{\overline{\beta}}\big ]-\frac{t}{12}\frac{| u_{0}|^{2}}{u}h_{\alpha\overline{\beta}}+\frac{4}{t}uh_{\alpha \overline{\beta}}\geq 0 \] for \(t>0\) and any vector field \(V=V^{\alpha}Z_{\alpha}\) of type \((1,0)\) on \(M\). Then, a CR Li-Yau gradient estimate in the \((2n+1)\)-dimensional Heisenberg group is proved. Combined with the theorem, this result implies a CR matrix Li-Yau-Hamilton inequality and a Hessian comparison property in the \((2n+1)\)-dimensional Heisenberg group. The authors also give the proof of \(u_{0}\) growth property in the same group.
