Rhotrix theory is a generalization of matrix theory where elements are written in the rhomboidal form as opposed to a rectangular array for matrices. In this paper, the authors: 1) expose the concept of rhotrix eigenvector-eigenvalue problems which was introduced by \textit{A. Aminu} [Int. J. Math. Educ. Sci. Technol. 41, No. 1, 98--105 (2010; Zbl 1292.97030)]; 2) give properties of rhotrix eigenvalues and rhotrix eigenvectors; and 3) introduce the diagonalization problem in rhotrix theory.
