This paper constructs a version of open Gromov-Witten invariants for elliptic \(K3\) surfaces, which roughly speaking counts the number of holomorphic discs with boundary on a special Lagrangian \(L_u\) (after hyper-Kähler rotation). Conjecturally, such invariants provide quantum corrections to mirror complex structures for mirror Calabi-Yau manifolds with dual Lagrangian fibrations [\textit{K. Fukaya}, Proc. Symp. Pure Math. 73, 205--278 (2005; Zbl 1085.53080)]; \textit{M. Gross} and \textit{B. Siebert}, Ann. Math. (2) 174, No. 3, 1301--1428 (2011; Zbl 1266.53074); \textit{M. Kontsevich} and \textit{Y. Soibelman}, Prog. Math. 244, 321--385 (2006; Zbl 1114.14027)]. The author's construction of open Gromov-Witten invariants provides an explicit example of wall-crossing phenomenon of holomorphic disc counting via gluing. It is proved in this paper that such open Gromov-Witten invariants satisfy wall-crossing formula under the assumption that discs classes are primitive. The author also proves in certain cases that there exists a correspondence theorem between tropical disc counting and open holomorphic disc counting with non-trivial invariants. Several conjectures regarding these invariants are also proposed in this paper.
